General<\/span><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">This Critical Information Summary is for Cloud PBX and SIP Service(s) which forms part of the Service Order that You have accepted and is to be read in conjunction with the Smash General Terms and Conditions.<\/p><h4>1.1 Service Description<\/h4><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">Smash Cloud PBX Service is a voice technology service that is supplied over your internet service. The internet service may be supplied by Smash (for example, NBN Business Internet) or by another service provider.<\/p><h4>1.2 Features of the Service<\/h4><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">(a)\u00a0\u00a0Smash Cloud PBX will generally include the following features unless specified otherwise in Your Service Order;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">Call Barge\/Eavesdrop\/Intercept, Call Block, Call Queues, Call Detail Records, Call Flows, Call Pickup, Call Recordings, Call Conference, Contacts, Dial by Name, Fax Server, Fax to Email, Follow Me, Hot Desking, IVR (for example Press 1 for Sales etc), Music on Hold, Paging, Parking, Presence (&amp; BLF), Recordings- greetings, Reception Console, Ring Groups, Softphone desktop &amp; mobile application (optional extra), Time Conditions, Voicemail to Email and Voicemail.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">(b)\u00a0\u00a0Smash SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)\u00a0will generally include the following features unless specified otherwise in Your Service Order;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">Connection over the internet to a 3<span style=\"font-size: 12px; line-height: 0; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline; top: -0.5em;\">rd<\/span>\u00a0party onsite IP PBX to access the public voice network to enable inbound phone numbers and outbound call termination. It is a replacement of traditional digital ISDN BRI\/PRI\u00a0 connections to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Once the dollar amount within the month is exceeded it will continue to be charged at the PAYG Call Plan rates.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4 style=\"font-weight: 400; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\"><span style=\"color: #45287e; font-family: 'Futura PT', sans-serif; font-size: 1.5rem;\">1.4 Requirements and Availability<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"font-weight: 400; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">(a)\u00a0\u00a0Smash Cloud PBX and SIP requires a fixed broadband internet service. If Smash is not providing the internet service, an IP Phone requires a minimum of 100kbps of uncongested upstream and downstream bandwidth for optimal quality call. To utilise video calling, 2-3Mbps of bandwidth of each concurrent video call is required for optimum quality.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">(b)\u00a0\u00a0If Smash is not supplying the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), it is Your responsibility to install compatible CPE, such as an IP Phone, IP PBX, modem, router or firewall and it is managed by You.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4 style=\"font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT'; color: #252525; caret-color: #252525;\"><span style=\"color: #45287e; font-family: 'Futura PT', sans-serif; font-size: 1.5rem;\">1.5 Service Uptime &amp; Restoration<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"font-weight: 400; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">Smash Cloud PBX and SIP Service provide a 99.97% uptime availability with targeted restoration time of less than 4 hours on the same business day.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4 style=\"font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT'; color: #252525; caret-color: #252525;\"><span style=\"color: #45287e; font-family: 'Futura PT', sans-serif; font-size: 1.5rem;\">1.6 Billing<\/span><\/h4><p style=\"font-weight: 400; caret-color: #252525; color: #252525; font-family: 'Futura PT', 'Futura PT';\">Your 1<span style=\"font-size: 12px; line-height: 0; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline; top: -0.5em;\">st<\/span>\u00a0invoice will generally include Service installation, CPE charges (if applicable) and the ongoing monthly charges for the month ahead. Subsequent monthly Service charges are in advance which cover You for the month ahead. Call usage is charged in the rears which cover You for the calls made from the previous month.\u00a0 Subsequent invoices are issued on, around the 20<span style=\"font-size: 12px; line-height: 0; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline; top: -0.5em;\">th<\/span>\u00a0of each month and are paid by credit card, direct debit or EFT.
